Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.

For Christ's example: 

These days whether on social media or in person people seem to be searching for a fight and to escalate so quickly. I silently pray for stillness and to have the attitude of Christ to bring His love to the lost and angry. I have the freedom not to join in the anger but to plant seeds instead. Sometimes this takes me longer than I like to die to self and take up His cross and follow Him.
