Special Congregational Meeting After Church This Sunday, August 10.

The Overseers are asking the congregation to help with a time-sensitive decision: gutters on the church and roof, gutters, and soffit on the parsonage. While we can complete emergency work (the church gutters), we need the congregation's approval to commit to the rest of the job.  

At this meeting we will discuss the proposed work and various ways we can fund it.  The church project will require just shy of $10,000 (which we have) and the parsonage work will require almost $28,000 (which we need a plan for). 

This is very time sensitive! We just received the final bid, and the Overseers have approved the contractor.  With a quick decision, we have a high likelihood of completing the work this year.  

1. As always, if anyone objects to meeting this suddenly (without proper two week's notice) you can, of course, raise it on Sunday.  I know this is sudden, but it's typical in construction scenarios.
